Payment & Billing Information
Sunflower Occupational Therapy is committed to providing transparent billing for all our patients. At this time, we accept various payment methods including major credit cards and health savings accounts. For inquiries regarding specific insurance participation, network status, or private pay rates, please contact our office directly. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your provider.
